77sz Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77sz ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 77sz website, mobile app, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use the 77sz platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

The 77sz platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make any deposit in PKR, claim any bonus, or play any game on the platform. This age requirement is absolute and applies without exception. 77sz takes underage gaming seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful and permitted for your personal circumstances.
• You are not a previously suspended or banned 77sz account holder attempting to re-register.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own.

Each player is permitted to hold one 77sz account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created under your details without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details, and the payment method you intend to use for PKR deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 77sz will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately and change your password. 77sz is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• One account per person: Duplicate registrations are prohibited and will be closed.
• Accurate information: All registration details must be truthful and kept up to date.
• Credential security: You are responsible for your own password and login security.
• Verification: 77sz may request identity or payment verification at any time before processing a withdrawal.

All financial transactions on the 77sz platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The 77sz PKR wallet is the single balance from which all bets are placed and all winnings are credited. There is no conversion layer, no foreign exchange component, and no hidden currency charges of any kind.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific channels may change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to use the correct payment reference details provided at the time of each transaction. Deposits sent without correct references may experience delays.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed inside the 77sz app wallet section and may be updated periodically. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks before processing. Processing times vary by channel — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest during normal operating hours.

• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same channel used for the original deposit where possible.
• 77sz does not accept deposits from third parties. Third-party deposits will be reversed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 5.

77sz offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, cashback promotions, fish game tournaments, and app-exclusive seasonal events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the general bonus rules in this section apply.

Bonus funds credited to your 77sz wallet are not withdrawable in their raw form. They must be wagered a minimum number of times — the wagering requirement — before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonus activation: Bonuses must be activated within the validity window stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Fish games and live casino contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any resulting winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a second bonus while one is active may forfeit the previous bonus.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms will result in voiding of the bonus and potential account suspension.

All games available on the 77sz platform — including slots, fish shooting games, bingo rooms, and live casino tables — operate according to their individual game rules. These rules are accessible from within each game. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering real PKR.

Slot games operate using random number generation (RNG) technology, which ensures that each spin outcome is independent and unpredictable. Fish game outcomes are similarly determined by certified RNG processes. Bingo draws are conducted using verified random draw systems. Live casino games use physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, dice — operated by live dealers in real time.

In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or any error affecting game outcomes, 77sz reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes to player wallets. If a fault results in an incorrectly displayed win, 77sz reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited amount from the player's wallet, even if it creates a negative balance temporarily.

• Game results are final once a round is completed under normal operating conditions.
• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the session.
• 77sz does not guarantee uninterrupted game availability — maintenance windows may affect access.

All players are expected to use the 77sz platform in good faith for personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-reading software or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment details, or making fraudulent deposit claims.
• Money laundering: Using the 77sz PKR wallet to process proceeds of illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or exploiting promotional mechanics to extract bonus funds unfairly.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access other players' accounts, the platform's backend systems, or any restricted functionality.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to and used from your 77sz wallet.

77sz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension include suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, failure to complete verification, or any activity that 77sz determines puts the platform or other players at risk.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified by the support team. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. Investigations are typically completed within 7 business days, after which the account will either be reinstated or permanently closed with reasons provided.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 77sz support team. If you close your account voluntarily with a positive PKR balance, you may request a withdrawal of that balance subject to standard verification checks. Accounts closed at your own request may be reopened upon written request, subject to a cooling-off period.

• 77sz may place a temporary hold on withdrawals during an account investigation.
• If closure results from confirmed fraud, the balance will be forfeited and not returned.

All content on the 77sz platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 77sz or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the platform should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any 77sz intellectual property without prior written permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any 77sz content for any commercial purpose. Personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of using the platform as intended is permitted. Screenshots shared on personal social media for non-commercial purposes are generally acceptable but must not misrepresent 77sz or its games.

Game titles, artwork, and mechanics available through the 77sz lobby may be the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Any use of such content outside the platform requires the permission of the relevant rights holder.

77sz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime, security, and game integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Planned maintenance, network disruptions, and third-party payment channel outages may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77sz shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own error, including incorrect payment references or deposits sent to the wrong account.
• Losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or power interruptions on your end.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains technical errors.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

77sz collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment details processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, or card channels are handled by the respective payment providers and are not stored on 77sz infrastructure. Your account data — including game history, wallet transactions, and communication records — is retained for security, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

77sz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players through the in-app notification system or by email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use the 77sz platform after changes have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and process any eligible withdrawal.
